    • Ha Long Bay is Vietnam’s top destination and it is often crowded every day, special in summer and weekends. However, we always ensure smooth logistics and top-quality service for your best experience.
    • Plastic water bottles are provided for free on the bus. However, please do not bring plastic bottles when checking in to the Ha Long Bay cruise, as they are not allowed on board.
    • Extra fee: US$10/pax for Lunar New Year Holiday
    • From July 1, 2026, due to Hanoi's new traffic regulations, buses with more than 16 seats are not permitted to pick up in most areas of the Old Quarter between 6:00-9:00 AM, and drop off between 4:00-7:30 PM. Please make your way to the designated meeting point. Your exact pick-up location and time will be confirmed within 24 hours after booking and reconfirmed 24 hours before departure via email or WhatsApp.
