Perkara yang anda boleh jangka

Hand Stir-Frying Workshop
Rolling & Shaping
Slightly cooled tea leaves are kneaded and rolled by hand to squeeze out tea sap, form tight neat strips, and boost flavour concentration. The rolling technique determines the finished tea’s elegant appearance.
Drying & Sorting
Shaped tea is slowly baked to remove residual moisture, enhancing chestnut-like sweet aroma. Finally, artisans sort finished tea by size to separate premium grades.

  1. Tea Tasting & Cultural Session
Once processing finishes, guests join a tranquil tea tasting ceremony. You sample the green tea you picked and handmade yourself, alongside other graded organic green teas of the park’s own “Cuiyu” brand, including Maojian, Longjing and Biluochun varieties. Tea masters share local tea culture, brewing etiquette and the natural health benefits of mountain-grown green tea.
  2. Activity Basic Rules & Arrangements
Total experience duration: around 3 hours, available daily within opening seasons.
Suitable for all age groups; loose, comfortable footwear and sun protection are recommended for outdoor tea field activities.
Pets are subject to restricted admission in tea terraces and processing workshops.
In extreme rainy weather that damages fresh tea shoots, the picking session may be rescheduled or adjusted with alternative cultural arrangements.
