On this hike, we will enjoy a beautiful day in the Tyrolean winter wonderland as we visit a few charming Tyrolean huts along some relatively easy-access paths. We'll begin at the Hungerburg parking area, which can be reached via the famous Hungerburgbahn or by bus. Our journey starts with an ascent to the Arzler Alm. From there, we will continue on a lovely walk to the Umbrüggler Alm, the most modern hut in and around the Nordkette region. At the hut, we will have the opportunity to sample some traditional Austrian delicacies (the costs for this will be at your own expense). After our break, we will make our way back to the Hungerburgbahn station. Each year, a small Christmas market is held in this area (only in December), and the tour will conclude at our starting point.
