The tour begins inside the Tarì Brewery in Modica, where the brewmaster will take you on a route of about 40 minutes through the production areas. Walking through the brewhouse, fermenters, and lagering area, you'll discover the raw materials, production techniques, and passion that have guided the brewery since 2010 in making beers that tell the story of the Hyblaean territory through local scents, aromas, and ingredients.

During the visit, you will learn about the philosophy of Birrificio Tarì, which was born from the idea of creating craft beers that combine brewing tradition and Sicilian identity. Over the years, its products have won important national awards, standing out for their quality and originality.

At the end of the tour, a guided tasting of three of the brewery's most representative and award-winning beers awaits you:

Helles – A German-style lager with a bright golden color, balanced and smooth. The delicate notes of malt and the clean finish make it a fresh and pleasantly drinkable beer, perfect for discovering the elegance of the brewing tradition.

Qirat – A special dark beer that celebrates one of Sicily's iconic ingredients: the carob. On the nose, aromas of cocoa, coffee, and dried fruit emerge, while on the palate it offers a soft and enveloping taste with an elegant finish. It is one of the brewery's most award-winning labels.

Malvarosa – The signature beer of the Tarì Brewery, enhanced by the infusion of malvarosa leaves, an aromatic geranium grown in Sicily. Fresh, floral and surprisingly fragrant, it has won numerous national awards thanks to its originality.
