As an independent live guide, I organize this small group tour, limited to a maximum of 10 participants. You will join other visitors to explore the history of a castle where the kings and queens of France lived long before Versailles.
In addition to the crimes and conspiracies that took place there, I will explain the different architectural styles that can be seen there and that make this castle a unique place in France. We will also trace the genealogy of the Valois kings and even the beginning of the Bourbons. Don't worry, we'll do all this with a touch of humor and funny anecdotes!

Also, get ready, because this tour is interactive! You will have to participate by answering my questions or even by trying to remember the names of our kings and queens.
Although this castle is less well known than the Palace of Versailles or even Chambord, it played a crucial role in the great history of France, and the other castles of the Loire would not have been the same without it.

I'll meet you directly in front of the entrance to the Royal Château de Blois for our 1.5-hour guided visit, which will end inside the monument.

To ensure the tour runs smoothly, please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the departure time.
Please note that the visitor parking lots are not located at the foot of the castle, and most parking in the city is paid! So allow some walking time (5 to 15 minutes) from your vehicle to reach the castle without stress.
