We begin our walking tour towards San Cristobal Hill, to trek to the top and enjoy one of the best views of Santiago. Upstairs there are several options to refresh, eat something and rest for a while (if you do not want to walk up you can climb on the funicular, if so the tour would start at 10 am, on Mondays there is no funicular). Then we will descend and walk from the Bellavista Quarter, past the Patronato Quarter to the market area. First we will go to La Vega, the largest food market in Santiago, where anyone who wants can make a purchase. We will pass through La Vega Chica and Tirso Molina until we reach the Central Market, transformed into a place specialized in the sale and consumption of seafood products. Next to the market, there is a place where you can also taste the famous pine patty. We will continue to review the center of Santiago, and we will visit some emblematic places such as the Plaza de Armas, the Cathedral, the Ex-Congress, the Courts of Justice, the Promenade Banderas and the Mint Palace.
