We will stroll among the historic wineries, discovering the art of the system of hearths and hatcheries and contemplating centuries-old boots that keep the soul of wine. The tour continues to the oldest part of the winery, where the historical archive of samples, the different ranges of wines and the legacy of the Góngora family, which has kept this tradition alive for more than four centuries, are kept. The experience culminates with a tasting of two classic Andalusian wines, an invitation to taste the essence of our land: - Iron Leg : wine under veil of flower and - Eusebia : wine with oxidative aging
