Know before you book
- Children 3 and younger are not allowed. Children 4–17 years old must be accompanied by an adoptive or natural parent
- BOOKINGS ARE PER SKI, not per guest. One ski can hold up to two adults and a small child, weight limit is 460 pounds
- Participants must be able to quickly follow any spoken instruction in the English language
- Drivers must present a valid government issued photo ID and major credit card on the day of the activity.
- Check-in is 45 minutes prior to the booked tour start time if no Boaters Safety test is required, 60 minutes if Boaters Safety test is required
- Drivers who are born in or after 1988 must pass a basic Boaters Safety Test at check in; additional fee. Please plan to arrive 60 minutes prior to the activity start time if test is needed. The test is provided in English only.
- Pregnant guests cannot participate
- Alcohol cannot be consumed prior to participating in any activity. Guests arriving to check in with alcohol in their possession or under the influence will be restricted from entering the water, turned away or required to reschedule. Tickets are non-refundable.
