What you can expect

Are you looking for a purposeful trip or just a way to get from one place to another… We invite you to a unique experience connecting the two most important sanctuaries of our ancestral heritage. This is not your average excursion; it's a journey of renewal designed for those who wish to uncover the seven ancestral “treasures” that reveal the origins of our culture and invite us to experience the mysticism that still resonates in the Colombian Andes.

Our story begins in the town of Guatavita, an architectural gem with white facades and cobblestone streets that hold the secret of a “young town with an old soul,” rebuilt to keep alive the legacy of a culture that refuses to be forgotten. From there, we will ascend to the Sacred Lagoon of Guatavita, the very place that gave rise to the Legend of El Dorado. Enveloped by the silence of the páramo, you will learn about the Muisca people's rituals of gratitude, understanding that their offerings of gold to the water were bridges to balance. Walking these trails is an act of reconnecting with nature and an opportunity to let go, preparing us for the second stage of our journey.

Following this cycle of energy, we will share the abundance of the land with a regional gastronomic immersion, where local flavors intertwine with the sounds of Andean music.

To culminate the tour, we will delve into the depths of Zipaquirá. Upon entering the Salt Cathedral, 180 meters underground, mysticism transforms into purification. In ancestral cosmogony, salt is the element that cleanses and protects; walking through these monumental chambers is a ritual of personal renewal where engineering and faith connect with the artisanal heritage of a people who carve their identity.

At the end of the day, you will not have visited just two monuments; you will have walked the path of our ancestors, discovering the 7 ancestral “treasures” and understanding that the true treasure of Colombia is not gold, but the wisdom of its roots. Come and live an author's experience where you are the protagonist of the legend.
