At the scheduled time, you'll meet at the designated meeting point in Guatape that you have chosen. There, you'll begin the tour of this beautiful town aboard a tuk-tuk, a typical vehicle in this area of South America, also known as a motochiva.
Guatape, located in the department of Antioquia, is considered one of the most beautiful villages in Colombia, and it's easy to see why!
From the tuk-tuk, you'll admire emblematic monuments of the municipality, such as the colonial-style parish of Nuestra Señora del Carmen.
You'll also pass by the iconic Zócalos Square, which stands out for the vivid colors of its houses and main buildings. You'll learn about the history of popular places such as the streets of Comercio and Recuerdo, located in the historic center of Guatape.
Before the end of the tour, you'll walk along the shore of the Guatapé reservoir along the boardwalk, where the famous sign with the name of the town is located.
Finally, after 30 minutes of exploring this beautiful city, you'll conclude the tuk-tuk tour at Los Zócalos Square.
