The Sierra de Guadarrama is the fourth largest national park in Spain, with eleven ecosystems that are home to more than 1,280 species, thirteen of which are in danger of extinction. It also contains more than 1,500 native plants and thirty types of vegetation. Of it’s fauna, we must highlight the wild boar, Iberian wolf, roe deer, fallow deer, mountain goats, badgers, various mustelids, wild cats, foxes, and hares.

There is also a large number of species of waterbirds in the reservoirs here, and many large birds of prey such as the imperial eagle and the black vulture. These unique specimens are just two of the many you will see on this visit with Naturanda.
