This is not a bus tour or sightseeing stop. It’s a full hike to Iceland’s most active eruption zone—Fagradalsfjall—where new lava flowed as recently as 2024 and 2025.

Located in the Reykjanes Peninsula just 40 minutes from Reykjavík, this small-group or private adventure takes you through black lava fields, steaming hills, and dramatic viewpoints shaped by recent eruptions.
