Activity itinerary

Twelve Apostles

  • 1h
Stand at the edge of the Southern Ocean and witness one of Australia's most iconic natural wonders. These ancient limestone stacks rise dramatically from the wild sea below, carved by millions of years of relentless waves. Your chauffeur will take you to the best vantage points for photographs at this unforgettable landmark.

Great Ocean Road (Pass by)

Stretching 243 kilometres along Victoria's spectacular southwest coastline, the Great Ocean Road is one of the world's great scenic drives. Carved into clifftops, winding through ancient rainforest, and hugging dramatic ocean bays, every kilometre reveals a new and breathtaking perspective. Travelling in a private luxury vehicle with a professional chauffeur means your eyes stay on the view — not the road — as the Southern Ocean unfolds alongside you in all its wild, untamed beauty.

Loch Ard Gorge

  • 15m
Named after a tragic 19th-century shipwreck, this breathtaking gorge features towering sandstone cliffs framing a sheltered turquoise beach. Walk down to the water's edge, explore the sea caves, and hear the remarkable true story of the two survivors whose lives changed forever on this very shore.

Gibsons Steps

  • 10m
Descend 86 steps carved into the limestone cliffs to reach the wild, windswept beach directly beneath the Twelve Apostles. Standing on the sand and looking up at these towering stacks from beach level is an entirely different and awe-inspiring perspective most visitors never experience.

Mait's Rest

  • 30m
Step into one of Victoria's most enchanting ancient rainforests on the Mait's Rest boardwalk, nestled deep within the Otway hinterland. This easy 30-minute walk winds through a lush canopy of 300-year-old myrtle beeches, towering tree ferns, and moss-draped fallen logs — a world completely removed from the coastal scenery outside. Cool, quiet, and utterly magical, Mait's Rest is one of the Great Ocean Road's most underrated stops and a genuine highlight for nature lovers.

Apollo Bay

  • 30m
Nestled between rolling green hills and a sweeping crescent beach, Apollo Bay is the perfect midpoint stop for lunch on your Great Ocean Road journey. Your chauffeur will recommend the best waterfront cafés and restaurants where you can enjoy fresh local seafood, wood-fired pizza, and locally roasted coffee while watching fishing boats drift in and out of the harbour. A relaxed, unhurried lunch stop that captures everything wonderful about coastal Victoria.

Kennett River

  • 15m
Australia's best roadside koala spotting location. Walk along Grey River Road and look up into the grey gum trees where wild koalas sleep, feed, and occasionally descend to ground level. A genuine wildlife encounter that delights visitors of all ages — and completely free of charge.

Great Ocean Road Memorial Archway

  • 10m
This striking stone arch marks the official start of the Great Ocean Road and carries profound historical significance. Built entirely by returned soldiers after World War One as a living memorial to their fallen comrades, it remains one of Australia's most poignant and enduring landmarks.

Split Point Lighthouse

  • 20m
  • Admission ticket included
Stop at Aireys Inlet to see Split Point Lighthouse and take photographs of the lighthouse and surrounding coastline. Any lighthouse tour or paid entry must be booked and paid for separately by the customer.

Lorne

  • 10m
One of Victoria's most beloved seaside towns, Lorne combines a stunning beach setting with a vibrant café and restaurant scene, boutique shopping, and easy access to the Otway hinterland. Stop for lunch along the main strip, walk the pier, or simply enjoy the unhurried rhythm of this iconic Great Ocean Road destination.

The Chocolateries Great Ocean Road

  • 30m
A beloved stop for visitors of all ages, the Great Ocean Road Chocolateries & Ice Creamery near Bellbrae offers handcrafted Belgian chocolates, indulgent ice creams, and sweet treats made on site. Watch chocolatiers at work through the viewing window, sample seasonal creations, and pick up beautifully packaged gifts to take home. A deliciously memorable addition to any Great Ocean Road day.

The Grotto

  • 10m
Walk to the viewing area to see this natural limestone formation beside the Southern Ocean. The stop provides time for photographs and a closer look at the coastline. Access remains subject to weather and site conditions.

Teddy's Lookout

  • 10m
Stop at Teddy’s Lookout for elevated views over the Great Ocean Road, the surrounding forest and the coastline near Lorne. There is time for photographs from the viewing area. Visibility depends on the weather.
