When you are there, you will see a flag saying SUP FIT YOGA next to the boards and I will be around with a T-shirt with the same name. If you are coming on your own car, you might find a free car park slot somewhere in the street close to the beach. And if you are coming by public transport, you just need to stop on the main Arguineguin´s bus stop (Townhall/Church), cross the street and walk about 3 minutes to the beach avenue from where you will see the boards.

If you have already tried Sup before, come and explore Gran Canaria´s coast with this Stand Up Paddle tour created for people like you.

After meeting on the beach and introducing ourselves you will start with a short briefing about Sup in Gran Canaria and you will begin warming up your muscles and joints.

Then you will hop on your board and after finding your balance, you will be ready to start with this sup coasteering tour admiring Gran Canaria´s landscapes from a different point of view.

Experience paddling on the ocean while being focused on your balance and at the same time sunbathed by the canarian sun and feeling the sea breeze. Don´t worry because you will also have time for a refreshing swim break somewhere in between.

While being focused on your balance you will be so present, that you will connect to nature and yourself, releasing all stress or anxiety you might have.

If you would like to see turtles, don´t forget to pay attention to all that surrounds you, as you might sea our lovely friends coming out to breath.

When coming back to the beach, you will finish the session with some stretching to avoid the typical muscle soreness after practicing stand up paddle.
