With the dinner cruise on board of the Diamant Bleu, enjoy an unique concept in Paris ! A 2 hours and 30 minutes Seine river cruise, a gourmet dinner menu created on board by our chef with fresh and seasonal products, a festive atmosphere thanks to our live singer and DJ Set and last but not least, the magic of discovering Paris by night.

YOUR CRUISE : With your friends, family or with your loved ones or as a couple, come and enjoy an unique and exceptional evening on board of the Diamant Bleu. You will be seated in a completely panoramic dining room, surrounded by large windows.

We invite you to board our yacht look-alike cruise boat, with a modern design and futuristic lines called the Diamant Bleu. Take a peak outside and discover our beautiful bridge - terrace from which you will let yourself be amazed by the parisian monuments all lighten up, the Eiffel Tower glitters in the night…

THE DINNER MENU :

STARTERS

Red tuna crudo (Avocado salad with coriander oil and passion vinaigrette)

Or

Puglia burrata and sherry-marinated heirloom tomatoes (Artichoke carpaccio with black olive slivers)

MAIN COURSES

Sliced veal loin (Grilled zucchini with puttanesca sauce and reduced jus)

Or

Roasted bass fish fillet (Green asparagus, French peas, mint and tangy Greek yogurt (side dish served cold))

DESERT

Exotic Pavlova (French meringue, pineapple and mango compote, bourbon vanilla chantilly, passion ganache, passion and fresh fruit coulis)

Beverages :

With the basic gourmet formula, 1/2 bottle of mineral water is included.

Extra beverages can be provided on request on board or included in the “sparkling” formula.

RELAXING & FESTIVE ATMOSPHERE :

A lounge singer and a Live DJ will entertain you during the whole evening. The dance floor waits for you to show up “on the Seine” !
