Your session kicks off on the beach at Tallebudgera Beach, one of the Gold Coast's most picturesque locations, where your coach will walk you through surf safety protocols, ocean awareness and how to read the conditions, including winds, tides and swell. From there, it is straight into the water where your coach stays right beside you for the entire session, providing real-time guidance, tips and encouragement as you progress.
