Activity itinerary

Guests will prepare classic Roman appetizers like crispy zucchini blossoms stuffed with mozzarella and anchovies, and delicate fried sage leaves. They'll learn how to make two types of gluten-free pasta from scratch—the original Fettuccine Alfredo made with eggs and gluten-free flour, and traditional trofie pasta with homemade pesto, ground fresh in a mortar. Finally, they'll create a full gluten-free tiramisù, entirely from scratch.
