At the designated time, we will meet by the Cider Tree, where we will learn about the culture of Asturian cider and get ready for a unique experience. Ready to start this cheese and cider tour of Gijón? Let's go!

Our first stop will be at a historic, traditional Asturian cider house, where we will enjoy small glasses of cider, some of them made from select apples, and learn the art of pouring it like true Asturians. In addition, we will pair this beverage with pinchos that perfectly complement the flavors of the cider.

Afterward, we'll head to the El Palace Gijón restaurant. Here, we will enjoy a cider cocktail and a selection of Asturian cheeses. After this tasting, we will take you to the Islandia ice cream parlor, where you can try a cider or Cabrales cheese ice cream. The perfect way to end the tour!

We will conclude this 2-hour tour at this final stop.
