The tour begins with an exploration of the vineyards to understand the unique terroir of the Gigondas appellation, at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail. You will learn about the grape varieties grown, the methods of working the vines, and the specificities of our wine-growing environment.

You will then continue with a visit to the wine cellar. This is where the grapes are transformed into wine. Your live guide will explain the different stages of winemaking, from fermentation to aging, as well as the technical choices that influence the style of our wines.
