- The product is a pre-booking. After your reservation is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent from experiences-travel-guest-jp@faq.rakuten.co.jp. This email will include the actual tickets, so please make sure to check it. On the day of travel, please bring that ticket.

- Children: 6 to 12 years old (elementary school students)
- Children under elementary school age are free of charge.
