This day pass turns Giethoorn into a flexible day-trip for your group. Book in advance, arrive when it suits you between 09:00 and 18:00, and we'll get you on the water in one of our self-drive electric boats.
How it works:
- After booking, your parking spot at our lot on Zuiderpad 14 is reserved for the day.
- When you arrive, check in with our team. Take your boat for 1 hour or discuss with the team for a 2/3 hour rental
- Walk on, get a short instruction, and set off — no boating license needed.
- After your boat slot, hand the boat back and enjoy your complimentary coffee or tea at Restaurant Old Blue.
Want to be sure of a specific time slot? Reserve your boat time in advance when you book — we'll have a sloop ready for your chosen start. Otherwise it's first-come, first-served, subject to availability on the day.
Each boat fits up to 8 people. For larger groups (2 to 100 people), we'll arrange multiple boats — let us know your group size when booking.
