Step into a cozy Ghent home and kick off your chocolate adventure with a handmade truffle to welcome you. Your host, a certified chocolate taster and chocolate lover, will guide you step by step in making your own truffles.

Start by picking your chocolate base: white, milk, or dark, and then whip up your filling. Then, shape your truffles and let them cool while you pick and prepare a Belgian-inspired topping, like crushed cuberdons, speculoos crumbs, or other local treats. Once your truffles are ready, cover them and wrap them in your chosen topping, creating little chocolate masterpieces. At the end of the workshop, pack up about 25 truffles to take home: the perfect souvenir to share… or enjoy on your own! You'll also get a recipe to recreate the experience in your own kitchen.
