✨ Mainz Day Trip from Frankfurt ✨
At the scheduled time, we’ll meet at Frankfurt Central Station to take the train and begin an unforgettable excursion to Mainz, a charming city located on the banks of the Rhine River .

⏱️ After approximately 40 minutes, we’ll arrive and start a guided walking tour exploring Mainz’s rich Roman past. We’ll visit the impressive Roman Theatre ruins and the Citadel, true witnesses of over 2,000 years of history ️.

⛪ Strolling through the historic Altstadt, we’ll admire the Church of St. Ignatius and the beautiful Church of St. Augustine, one of the finest examples of Rococo architecture in the city ✨.

️ Our route continues to the Wooden Tower, one of the three medieval towers still standing in Mainz. Why is it called that? You’ll find out during the tour!

Back in the historic center, we’ll explore Mainz Cathedral in the market square. Built from red sandstone, this basilica is considered one of the most important Romanesque cathedrals in the world .

Afterwards, you’ll enjoy 1.5 hours of free time to explore the city at your own pace, taste local cuisine, or take memorable photos ️.

Finally, we’ll meet the guide again to return together to Frankfurt, ending a perfect cultural getaway.
