Know before you book

  • The service provider will send you a separate email with your actual ticket 24 hours before your travel date. This ticket will be the one recognized by the attraction.
  • Pregnant mothers under 14 weeks or above 33 weeks of gestation. Please provide your medical letter or doctor’s appointment card as proof.
  • Please refer to the official website for height requirements for the different rides.
  • Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park is open daily from 10.00 to 22.00.
  • Please take note the following rides are temporarily unavailable: Jumping Spurs.
  • Malaysian rates are valid for Malaysian Citizen ONLY with a Malaysian Identification Card.
  • Non-Malaysian rates are for International travelers. In the event of a wrong ticket purchased, guest is required to top up the difference against the Walk-In rate for park entry.

What you can expect

Please be informed that the operating hours for Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park will be updated effective Monday, 14 July 2025. On designated peak days, the park will operate from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

The following dates are classified as peak days:

  • July: 19, 25, 26, 31
  • August: 2, 9, 16, 23, 30
  • September: 5, 6, 13, 14–20, 27
  • October: 4, 11, 18, 19–21, 25
  • November: 1, 8, 15, 22, 29
  • December: 6, 13, 20, 21–27, 28–31
