What you can expect

Firstly, we'll have an Aperitivo with focaccia and glasses of spritz to start off our date. According to the number of partecipants, we'll be divided in 2-3 groups.
We'll have about 2 hrs in total to prepare our dinner.
In this time we are going to prepare 3 dishes. The first one will be the most beloved italian dessert: the tiramisù. We will start from the dessert because it takes 2 hrs in the fridge to be freshly eaten.
After that, we'll proceed with typical pesto sauce with the mortaio, in order to season our first plate: the genoese gnocchi.
After that we'll bake the regional fresh nuts sauce, used to season Ligurian Ravioli, called Pansoti.
As soon as gnocchi and pansoti will be ready to be boiled, we'll cook them and enjoy the baked food together drinking regional wine sitting at my dining table.
