Get kitted out with all the necessary equipment, including a paddleboard, life jacket, and a neoprene wetsuit if needed, ensuring both comfort and safety.

After a short introduction to balance and technique, head out onto the water to explore different movements and exercises at your own pace. The experience is designed to be both accessible and engaging, with personalized guidance throughout the session.

With a minimum of 1 participant to a maximum of five participants, the small-group setting creates a friendly atmosphere and allows for individual attention, making it the perfect way to enjoy the lake, relax, and experience paddleboarding in a fun and memorable way.
