Set off at golden hour from the quay in front of ORIA Magic House and watch the sun go down over Gdańsk from the deck of a comfortable yacht.
Cruise along the Motława River past the historic Crane and Granary Island, then head out through the Port of Gdańsk. Sail past the shipyards where the Solidarity movement was born and see dry docks, port cranes and ships being repaired, loaded and unloaded – the port is busy all year round. Further on, pass Wisłoujście Fortress and Westerplatte on the way to the harbour mouth, where – weather permitting – the yacht briefly enters the Bay of Gdańsk.
Most of the cruise runs on engine. The yacht has an open upper deck and a covered lower deck where you can shelter from wind or rain, plus a toilet on board.
Your welcome drink depends on the season: alcohol-free Prosecco in spring and summer, mulled wine in autumn and winter, with tea as an alcohol-free alternative.
Departure times follow the sunset, so they shift through the season.
Many guests say their skipper's stories about Gdańsk were a highlight of the trip.
