    Each session begins with time to meet the puppies, followed by a relaxing series of simple stretches and calming poses. As you move, curious pups may cuddle up beside you, explore the space, or simply nap nearby – creating a joyful, therapeutic atmosphere.

    At Paw Yoga, the wellbeing of the puppies is our top priority. All dogs come from registered, ethical breeders and take part in sessions only when they are well-rested, socialized, and ready to interact. We work with small groups to ensure a calm, friendly environment for both humans and pups.
