- Festive Season Operating Hours
From 29 November 2025 to 1 January 2026, the observatory will operate at the following hours:
• 9:00am – 5:30pm (last admission at 5:00pm)
• 6:30pm – 10:00pm (last admission at 9:30pm)
Please note that a Christmas Wonderland ticket is required for entry between 6:30pm and 10:00pm.

- Cloud Forest Opening Hours: 9.00am – 9.00pm (Last Admission: 8.00pm)
- Supertree Observatory or OCBC Skyway Opening Hours: Daily: 9.00am - 9.00pm (Last admission at 4.00 pm)
- Floral Fantasy Opening Hours: Mon - Fri: 10.00am – 7.00pm (Last Admission: 6.30pm) Sat, Sun & Public Holidays: 10.00am – 8.00pm (Last Admission: 7.30pm)
- Admission to the attraction will be denied without the presentation of the voucher provided by Globaltix. If you haven’t received the email with the ticket from Globaltix 24 hours before travel, please reach out to them directly.
- Floral Fantasy will be closed from 10:00am to 12:00pm on 14 December 2025 for a launch event and will reopen to the public at 12:00pm.
