Tour Overview:
This guided tour showcases our commitment to sustainability through smart passive design, innovative technologies, and carbon reduction initiatives. Guests will learn how renewable energy sources, including solar power and horticultural waste, are integrated into daily operations. The experience includes a journey through the scenic outdoor gardens as well as the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest (Jurassic World: The Experience), offering an inspiring insight into Gardens by the Bay’s environmental efforts.

Visits to both Conservatories must be completed on the same day; re-entry is not allowed

- This E-ticket is non transferable, non-refundable and void if altered. This E-ticket may not be copied, resold or duplicated and may only be use once.

- Admission to the attraction will be denied without the presentation of the voucher provided by Globaltix. If you haven’t received the email with the ticket from Globaltix 24 hours before travel, please reach out to them directly.
- Please be informed that the Borealis show timing at Gardens by the Bay will be rescheduled on 21 March and 22 March 2026, from 9:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
- Mediterranean Garden at Flower Dome will be closed from 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM on 22 March 2026 due to a private event. Guests are advised to avoid visiting the Flower Dome during this period. However, the Cloud Forest will remain open as usual from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (last admission at 8:00 PM).
