Triveni Ghat (bank of a river) is located near sacred River Ganges in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand. This Ghat is very famous for performing Aarti (prayers) of Goddess Ganges River and a memorable affair to watch out for. Prayer ceremony is attended by thousands of devotees every evening at holy Ghat of river Ganges. Come and witness this heavenly sight which you will cherish forever.

You will be picked up at 0430 pm (Exact pickup time varies subject to prayer times) from your hotel in Rishikesh and driver will proceed for Triveni Ghat to attend Aarti ceremony facing the river. Brass lamps are lit leaving magical site to watch out for and circled clockwise by the saffron attired pandits (12 Hindu priests), chanting mantras (prayers) to Mother Ganges. The belief is that during the Aarti, the lamps acquire the power of the Deity. Therefore, after the ritual is complete, devotees place their hands over the flame and raise their palms to their forehead in order to get the Goddess’s blessing.

You will listen chanting of Har Har Gange from thousands of devotees present there. Be a part of this whole ritual and have an everlasting impact on your mind and soul forever.

Later, around 0800 pm, you will be transferred back safely to your hotel.
