The Full Range Experience takes place in the heart of Gambellara, an area of volcanic origin where the soil, the climate and the Garganega grape come together to produce wines that are deeply connected to the place from which they originate.

The experience begins in the winery, where you will enter the world of Menti and discover the story of a family that has been cultivating vines for generations, respecting nature and the rhythms of the land. During the visit, you will learn about the volcanic terroir of Gambellara, the biodynamic philosophy of the winery, and how the soil, vineyard, and human labor come together in the production process.

The route will take you to discover the areas of the winery and the places where the grapes are transformed and the wines take shape.
You will learn more about the different techniques and traditions that characterize Menti's production, including those dedicated to the most particular expressions of our winery.

The visit culminates in a guided tasting of 7 Menti wines, designed as a true route through our production. From the Metodo Classico to the most representative wines of the territory, up to the two passitos, each glass tells of a different nuance of our philosophy and our bond with Gambellara.
