  • What's excludedWhat's excluded
There we enjoy delicious meal delivered by Chef Richard and his team. On my website, customers will see a choice of meals provided.. special dietary concerns can be met with advanced notice. I believe there are five options listed on the website.

There is an option when booking where the customer can actually ought out of the meal and bring a lunch if they choose. However, most people decide to venture into the house because of all the aromas they smell from outside.

What you can expect

Join me on a guided adventure through Fundy Trail Provincial Park, a place where every turn reveals a new wonder. We begin with a 14-kilometer ride, using ultra-comfortable fat-tire bikes, perfect for the diverse terrain. After a thorough orientation, we set out on the multi-use trail, pausing at each lookout—from the vast ocean vistas to towering cliffs and dense forest. Along the Big Salmon River, we explore the logging history at the Interpretive Centre. Then, we relax with a farm-fresh lunch by Chef Richard at the Cookhouse. Afterward, we ride another 14 kilometers, surrounded by the calls of eagles overhead, the rustle of deer in the brush, and the rhythm of the Bay of Fundy tides. Every stop invites you to slow down, breathe deep, and connect—with nature, history, and the adventure waiting for you. Come discover the magic of Fundy.
