Your activity begins around 5:30 pm. We will personally pick you up from your hotel, during our twilight drive to Espadilla Hotel Nature Reserve – a private nature reserve located right next to Manuel Antonio National Park– we will explain the importance of safety during our night walk. Have no fear – after many years guiding and many educational courses all of our guides are experts in recognizing and identifying the unique wildlife. They’ll make sure your nighttime adventure is fun, safe and interesting! Designed for very small groups in mind (4-6 people max about), we will do our best to avoid the classic large noise tour operators areas.
Don’t expect to run into any monkeys or pumas during this tour! You will come across various species of snakes, tarantulas, tree frogs, owls, bats and a wide variety of insects. Your guide will educate you on what makes these nocturnal animals so unique.
Our Jungle Night Tour is an educational and informative experience, our small groups and personalized attention is what sets us apart from most other local night tour operators, besides we are the ONLY COMPANY THAT PROVIDES CLEAN RAIN BOOTS to wear during the activity for your own safety and comfort. If you are not interested in learning about the night crawlers that live in Manuel Antonio, this is not the right activity for you. Designed for very small or private groups in mind, we will commit ourselves to search for any specific animal request as we make our way through a beautifully preserved private property, you will find yourself next to all kinds of spiders, colorful tree frogs, lizards, snakes, and occasionally anteaters, sloths, armadillos, and even the elusive ocelots. If you love creepy things, our Night Jungle Tour is the perfect activity for you and your family. Find out everything there is to know about the creatures you can't see during the day. We encourage any and all questions you have throughout the tour. Our job is for you to have a fun, educational tour of one of the most distinct habitats in the world!
