What you can expect

Independent departure from the customers' accommodation to reach the farmhouse where we will take a short private walk to get in touch with their agricultural traditions and the cultivation of organic food, without pesticides and the breeding of animals in the wild. After the visit there will be a cooking class where we will learn how to prepare the typical homemade Umbrian pasta; from simple pasta to filled pasta
doing all the necessary steps to learn and cook real Italian pasta.
