Start your experience with an early pickup at the Angel of Independence or directly at your hotel. Meet your driver and enjoy a comfortable and safe transfer to Teotihuacan, while the city wakes up and begins the adventure.

Upon arrival at the balloon port, you will be greeted by the host team, who will provide personalized attention and assist you with a brief welcome check-in. During this process, they will be able to verify that we are a company that complies with all permits and regulations, with certified pilots and balloons duly registered, ensuring a safe and reliable experience. Afterwards, they will enjoy coffee and light snacks while receiving a brief explanation of the itinerary of the day, as well as a security video with instructions so that they can enjoy their experience to the fullest.
