Mekong Delta One-Day Tour from Ho Chi Minh City

Escape the city and explore the peaceful countryside on this Mekong Delta one-day tour from Ho Chi Minh City.

7:30 AM, enjoy a convenient pick-up from 243 De Tham Street or your hotel in District 1, then travel by air-conditioned limousine to My Tho. On arrival, visit Vinh Trang Pagoda, the largest and most famous Buddhist temple in the Mekong Delta.

Continue with a boat cruise on the Mekong River, passing floating houses and fish cages that reflect daily river life. Transfer to a hand-rowing boat and glide through narrow canals shaded by coconut trees, offering a close-up view of local villages.

Arrive at a coconut island in Ben Tre to visit a traditional coconut candy workshop, learn about the handmade process, and taste fresh coconut candy. Then head to Unicorn Island, where you will enjoy seasonal tropical fruits accompanied by traditional Southern Vietnamese folk music (Đờn ca tài tử). Visit a bee-keeping farm, enjoy natural honey tea, and see a typical Mekong Delta house.
