This excursion starts and ends in Puerto Varas, allowing an overview of Lake Llanquihue, its spectacular surroundings and the picturesque towns of German settlers.

Native forest, always snow-capped volcanoes and small lake towns of clear German heritage characterize Chile's second largest lake, with 87,700 hectares, and considered one of the most beautiful in the country. The excursion makes a complete circuit of the lake, covering 186 kilometers in total.

Around it are the picturesque cities of Frutillar, Puerto Varas and Puerto Octay, famous for the great German influence in their architecture, their gastronomy and for the lively events that take place every summer.

We will follow the path that goes to Llanquihue from, traveling along an old path used by the settlers where we can see colonial houses and the monolith to the settlers, we will arrive at the city of Frutillar where the gastronomy, architecture will make us think that we are somewhere in Europe, in this city we can visit the beach and visit the modern Teatro del Lago, from here we will continue towards Puerto Octay, a small town of colonial origin, here we will visit Centinela Bay, a place with one of the best views in the area.

We will continue our journey towards the northeast with one of the best panoramic views of the country, as the Osorno, Puntiagudo and Calbuco Volcanoes appear before us, ending in the Vicente Pérez Rosales National Park, which is home to lagoons and rich native flora and fauna. We will continue heading west to end in Puerto Varas.
