DAY 01
Begin your adventure with an early morning departure from the Zanzibar Ferry Terminal to catch the ferry to Dar es Salaam. Upon arrival, transfer directly to the SGR Train station to board the modern Standard Gauge Railway train heading inland towards Morogoro, offering a smooth and scenic ride through the changing landscape.

From the station, a private Toyota Alpard vehicle will transport you directly to a traditional Maasai boma near the park borders. Spend the afternoon immersed in Maasai cultural practices, participating in authentic tribal dances, observing traditional beadwork, and learning about their ancient pastoralist customs before checking into your lodge for dinner and Overnight.

DAY 02
On the second day, dive into a full-day immersive wildlife experience across the vast plains of Mikumi National Park. Often compared to the Serengeti for its open horizons, the Mkata Floodplain will provide excellent opportunities to spot large herds of elephants, buffalos, wildebeests, and zebras, alongside towering giraffes.

Stop for a picnic lunch under the shade of a baobab tree and spend the afternoon tracking the park's resident predators, including lions and elusive leopards, before wrapping up the day with a dramatic African sunset over the savannah.

DAY 03
On the final day, focus on a brief sunrise in the Morning then following with breakfast, After that transfer back to theMorogoro railway station for your return SGR train ride back to Dar es Salaam.

To complete the round trip, head directly back to the harbor to board the late afternoon ferry, ensuring a smooth and scenic journey back across the channel to Zanzibar by nightfall.
