Fly from Zanzibar for a 1-day safari in Selous (Nyerere National Park) — one of Africa’s largest and most diverse wildlife areas. Perfect for travelers short on time who want to experience a real safari in just one unforgettable day.

Your adventure begins with an early hotel pickup (if selected; exact time confirmed the day before). At 6:00 AM, board a twin-engine plane and enjoy scenic views over the ocean and vast savannah landscapes.

Upon arrival at Mtemere Airstrip around 7:00 AM, meet your professional local guide and join a small group of up to six guests. Set off in a custom 4x4 safari vehicle with open views, designed for the best possible wildlife experience.

During your game drives, spot elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, hippos, buffalos, and possibly even rare African wild dogs. Your guide will share insights and stories about the park and its wildlife throughout the day.

Around 12:30–1:00 PM, enjoy a bush lunch in a peaceful setting surrounded by nature. After lunch, continue with a second game drive before returning to the airstrip around 4:00 PM for your flight back to Zanzibar.

Upon arrival, a transfer back to your hotel will be provided (if selected), with return around 6:00 PM.
