Begin the tour by being picked up from your hotel in Ulaanbaatar at 8:30-9:00am and travel to Kharkhorum City. Old city far from UB city 370km away. It is 5-6 hour drive
Day 1:
Kharkhorin is the site of the ancient capital of the Great Mongolian Empire in the thirteenth century. It is located on the right bank of the Orkhon River, 360 km south-west of Ulaanbaatar city. Explore the Erdenezuu monastery a focal point in the history and culture of the Mongolian people and visit the Kharkhorum museum.
Evening after dinner Sleep in traditional mongolian Ger/Yurt. Ger is shared place 4-5 beds.
Day 2:
Immerse yourself in desert life enjoying a camel ride through the arid landscapes of the Semi Gobi, admiring the dunes and mountains of Mongolia most excitingly. You'll be dropped back off at your hotel for around 4-5 pm.
