Important Update: Due to 2025 cherry blossom season traffic regulations (Apr 1-18), we'll skip the Hikawa Clock Shop to maximize your time at Arakurayama Park. The extended walk from parking makes this adjustment necessary. Next, you’ll visit the Shimoyoshida Tokei-ten Shop, a hidden gem at the foot of Mount Fuji. Here, you’ll discover the “Stairway to Heaven Town”, a quiet street that resembles a stairway to the sky, leading to the end of the road where you’ll find the elusive Mount Fuji. It’s a place where you can get incredibly close to the mountain, yet it seems just out of reach. You’ll capture the essence of Japanese streetscape and witness the seamless fusion of Mount Fuji with the street – a unique and picturesque experience. This spot is perfect for photography enthusiasts.

After that, you’ll head to Oshino Hakkai, a natural monument that consists of eight clear springs formed by the snowmelt from Mount Fuji. You’ll marvel at the crystal-clear water that reflects the majestic mountain, and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere of the village. You’ll also have a chance to taste the sweet spring water and sample some local delicacies, such as soba noodles, grilled fish, and pickles.

LAWSON Kawaguchiko Station is a must-visit spot on our day tour. Located near Kawaguchiko Station, this iconic convenience store offers stunning views of Mount Fuji, making it a popular photo spot. To capture the perfect shot, set up your tripod across the street, switch to portrait mode, and wait for a clear moment. Remember to cross the street safely! Throughout most of the year, finish your tour at Oishi Park, renowned for its vibrant flower fields featuring lavender, begonia, cosmos, and Japanese blood grass. However, during the maple leaf season (October 30 to November 20), we visit the Maple Corridor instead—stroll through a stunning tunnel of autumn colors with breathtaking views of Mount Fuji. Both spots offer unforgettable photo opportunities year-round.
