What you can expect

● Departure from Shinjuku Love Object to Mt. Fuji area
(About 2.5 hours drive)

● Subaru Line and Mt. Fuji 5th Station (about 2300 m on sea level)
From the 5th station, you'll be closer than ever to the summit of Mt. Fuji! Clouds move fast, so keep your eyes peeled for the peak – you might just spot it! And here, you'll also find some great souvenirs to take home and visit the Komitake Shrine.

(If we can't reach the 5th Station of Mt. Fuji because of bad weather or an accident on the road, we'll visit the highest point possible instead!)

●Lunch time (45-60 min)
You're going to love the delicious local meal with a hot pot and a half buffet! Let us know if you have any food restrictions, so we can make sure everyone's happy!

●Hakone Ropeway
Visit the Owakudani volcanic area.
Here, you can purchase the most unique and memorable souvenirs! You can buy the famous black eggs boiled in sulphuric water, heated by the volcano and lava below (please note that the fee is not included).

●Ashi Lake cruise
You'll absolutely love the stunning views of Mt. Fuji from the deck of the ship when it's clear!

● Going back to Tokyo station by bullet train from Odawara Station (typical duration: 34mins)

The time of the train you will ride depends on the traffic the bus encounters on its way to Odawara Station. There are two trains per hour from there, and you can take any of the non-reserved coaches. You can also get off at Shinagawa Station (one stop before Tokyo) and transfer to the Yamanote Line (with the same Shinkansen ticket) to reach Shinjuku or other destinations along the Yamanote Line. Note that the guide will NOT ride the train with you.

The available trains are as follows: (Timetable as of 2025, may vary slightly).

17:14–17:48 Kodama #732 for Tokyo
17:44–18:18 Kodama #734 to Tokyo

The tour guide tried but the weather was beautiful and so we really were looking forward to the cable car ride. That was why we booked that tour. They never asked the customers what they wanted. We would have chosen that over the boat. It was still pen

Bad experience, a complete rush. it was the second time this type of tour for me along the years. Every time the operators organize in a bad manner the timing. There is always traffic exiting Tokyo and always the tour fall in the delay during the morning. This mean a complete rush during all the day, arriving in places to be visited staying only 5 minutes. In practice you pay to stay on the bus all the day. Really sorry of that because the places are really fine, but to run through them is not sense.

Would not recommend. It felt like we spent our entire day on a bus/train and had minimal time to explore at any of the stops (all stops except the boat were less than 30 minutes).

Guide Fujiko & driver Toshi excellent manner warm friendly welcoming. Trip itself however was terrible as gondola ride completely cancelled by Guide said ran out of time, but no communication beforehand to explain & we all would have preferred opportunity to shorten breaks to ensure complete the ropeway. I feel when it is known busy time like Oban holidays much better planning & communication as we are tourists only visiting for two days & spending saved up money, & did not get what we paid for. Weather was unfortunate nobody fault but it poured rain & we completely missed Mt Fuji no view whatsoever and so everyone therefore looking forward to Ropeway as weather had cleared but Guide cancelled yet there were half empty gondolas passing by. Instead Guide took us to terrible alternative very poor & nobody liked it was just old checkpoint. Very inconsiderate to tourists special day waste of time did not enjoy this trip waste of our precious money would not recommend at all feel cheated.

Our tour guide Fujiko was very attentive although her English was not the best. she was friendly and tried to fit in the most activities she could give us. The staying time for each attraction was limited due to the condition of traffic that we were all understandable. But she again tried to make the trip the most valuable for the money we spent. The only thing I concerned was that the restaurant who provided the lunch. The udon noodle soup was not heat up enough by the time we turned up for lunch. As our lunch time was also very limited on time, it would be great if the meal was well prepared beforehand. However , the waitresses were very attentive, polite and helpful, so I forgot about the not so warm udon. And also if tour guide will explain more on the briefing in each attractions, especially the boat trip in which we dropped off the boat by mistake and almost left behind . Overall it was a very satisfied trip and deserved a 5 star review

We had rainy and windy weather right from the start of the tour. The tour should have been cancelled by the Operators. We were unable to do any of the planned activities. It turned out to be a very expensive bullet train ride. Very disappointed.

Would not recommend this tour company, was the worst thing we did all holiday. Best to try another company for a Fuji trip. Bus was uncomfortable and completely packed. Guide spoke broken English and often spoke without microphone and could not be heard at back of bus. Guide did not provide clear instructions and we had to ask other passengers from the front of bus. We and others from the back of the bus got left behind in the lobby whilst we had to take off our shoes to enter the restaurant and everyone else rushed up to lunch. Because of overcrowding we only had 18 minutes to eat once we got our food and only scraps of meat and rice were left by the time we reached the buffet. Overcrowding meant no table seats were available for back of bus passengers so we had to sit on the floor to eat and when staff were asked about providing a table and chair we were told that they could not assist due to overcrowding. If you have mobility issues or can’t sit on ground for lunch don’t book this.

Our guide Youme was great. She was so kind, and had prepared some activities on the bus. Lunch was okay, but the hot pot could have been a little better. The bus was stuck in traffic on the way to Mt Fuji, which ment we were a little rushed. However, the overall experience was great.
