Day 1 : Sandoval Reserve of Tambopata Lake - Search for caimans.

Upon arrival in Puerto Maldonado, one of our representatives will be waiting for you, to go to the port where you will board a boat to get to the Sandoval Lake.

Upon arrival we will start a 1h30min walk through a tropical forest, during the walk we will observe monkeys and some macaws. We will board a canoe until we arrive at our lodge to settle in.

After a short rest we will do our first canoeing activity and enjoy an amazing sunset.
In the afternoon we will embark on an adventure in search of caimans, while enjoying the singing of the animals. Finally we will return to enjoy dinner and rest.

Day 2: Parrot Clay Lick - Search for Giant Otters - Jungle Walk

We will start our excursion very early, between 4:30 and 5:00 a.m. We will go to the palm clay lick where we will see different species of multicoloured parrots, red macaws, blue macaws, blue-headed parrots and we will go back to our lodge to enjoy breakfast.

After breakfast we will go to see the giant trees of 300 and 450 years old, learn about some medicinal plants that were used by the natives of the area, returning to our lodge for lunch.

Finally we will take our boat and return to the city of Puerto Maldonado.
