    • • Meet your group at the local partner's shop at Camino Al Volcán 19635, San José de Maipo, Región Metropolitana, Chile. • Please keep in mind that you should arrive 30 minutes in advance of the activity's starting time; plan your transportation from Santiago wisely. • Arriving by private car: just put the address in Google Maps or Waze; the local partner's agency is half a block before the main square of San José de Maipo and in the main street so it is very easy to find. You will find free parking in the same block or in any of the side streets. • Arriving by public transport: the fastest and most direct way is by taking metro line 4 to Las Mercedes station. Then, by the west exit ("Concha y Toro Poniente"), you'll find a bus stop and you'll need to take the Metrobus 72 that will take you to the Plaza de San José de Maipo. Just get off the bus and return half a block.

  • Embark on an exhilarating 2.5-hour rafting adventure on the Maipo River. Navigate various class 3 rapids surrounded by beautiful mountain landscapes and in the company of expert guides to keep you safe. Enjoy an ideal group experience with the thrill of intermediate level rapids without the need for previous experience.

    The rapids' constant flow provides action throughout the descent. In spring and summer, with its highest flow, the Maipo River increases in intensity and becomes the favorite adventure site for those who visit the Cajon del Maipo.

    The tour lasts 2 and a half hours and is suitable both for those with and those without experience. At the end of the rafting, enjoy a delicious hot chocolate and warm up in the hot showers. You will receive approximately 30 digital photos of your experience to show your friends and family.

    You can begin the tour in San José de Maipo or Santiago. If you choose the option with transportation from the meeting point in Santiago, you will have 1 and a half hours of free time after the activity to have lunch (not included) and get to know the little town of San José de Maipo. The local partner's agency is right in the center of San José de Maipo so you can easily walk and explore the surroundings.
