Start the day from our headquarter Tuscany on Wheels located not too far from San Gimignano where you will be greeted by our team. Meeting time 10:30am ready to start at 10:45am. Park your car by the office for free or request a pick up.
The drive to the winery will take about 15 minutes, during which your guide will outline the day's itinerary and share fascinating insights about Tuscany’s history, culture, and landscapes.
Arrive at the first winery of the day, nestled in the charming village of Ulignano near San Gimignano, Tuscany. This family-run estate exudes a welcoming atmosphere, offering guided wine tastings where visitors can sample 4 wines, including Chianti, Super Tuscans, Vernaccia di San Gimignano pus Balsamic vinegar, Truffle oil and Extra virgin olive oil, all paired with local delicacies.
Relax and take in a short scenic drive, enjoy the rolling hills adorned with vineyards and olive groves towards the second local winery where you will have a guided tour through vast vineyards and savor the taste of 3 sumptuous wines; the Vernaccia white wine, a rosè wine and a Chianti colli senesi D.O.C.G.
The trip isn't over yet as you just earned a bonus stop in San Gimignano for a little stroll before making your way back. You can't miss San Gimignano when you visit Tuscany! San Gimignano is known for its 14 medieval towers, which dominate the skyline and create a unique atmosphere. These towers were built by wealthy families as symbols of their power and status, and today they are one of the town’s main attractions. You can climb to the top of some of the towers and enjoy stunning views of the surrounding countryside.
End the tour at 4:00pm at the Tuscany on Wheels office. You'll be dropped off at the starting point, with a camera full of photos and a host of new friends.
