Day 1
Begin your adventure with pickup from your hotel in the Phuket area and travel to Cheow Lan Lake, one of southern Thailand's most spectacular natural destinations.
Arrive at Cheow Lan Lake Pier and board a traditional long-tail boat for a scenic cruise across emerald waters surrounded by towering limestone cliffs. Stop to admire the famous Gui Lin rock formations before continuing to your floating resort.
Enjoy a delicious buffet lunch before checking into your floating bungalow. Spend the afternoon kayaking across the peaceful lake or relaxing while surrounded by breathtaking rainforest scenery.
Later, cruise to Klong Seang Wildlife Sanctuary and begin a guided jungle trek through the rainforest. Cross the river on a traditional bamboo raft before exploring the impressive Coral Cave with its ancient stalactites and stalagmites.
In the late afternoon, enjoy a relaxing boat safari through the lake while your guide helps you look for wildlife such as hornbills, monkeys, wild elephants, and other native animals whenever conditions allow. Return to the floating resort for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 2
Wake up to the peaceful sounds of the rainforest and enjoy breakfast overlooking the lake. Optional morning kayaking offers another opportunity to experience the tranquil surroundings before checking out.
Return by long-tail boat to the pier and stop at the scenic Suspension Bridge for photos overlooking Cheow Lan Lake.
Continue to Khao Sok and enjoy an interactive Thai Papaya Salad class at a local restaurant. Learn to prepare this famous Thai dish using fresh local ingredients before enjoying your handmade lunch.
In the afternoon, drift peacefully along the Sok River aboard a traditional bamboo raft. Admire towering limestone cliffs, lush rainforest, and the peaceful atmosphere while watching for birds, monkeys, reptiles, wild orchids, and other wildlife along the riverbanks.
Pause for freshly brewed bamboo coffee before continuing to Mae Yai Waterfall, where you can stretch your legs and enjoy the refreshing jungle scenery before returning to your hotel in Phuket.
