Bay of Islands Wine, Spirit & Craft Beer Tour
Each tour has a maximum of 11 passengers. The tour starts at the Paihia I-site, pickup time is 1.30 pm, we also pickup in Kerikeri (BP Service Station) at 2.00pm.
Our first stop is Marsden Estate, which was started by the McIvor family some 30 years ago. Here customers can sample six wine tastings plus a platter lunch from it's award winning restuarant. All of which is enjoyed in the relaxed atmosphere of its courtyard which overlooks the lake and grape vines.
From here we move onto Sovrano Estate where the experienced Cellar Door staff will take you through a tasting of the latest release wines and liqueurs and will talk you through the family history beginning from their roots in Italy through to today in the beautiful Bay of Islands.
Our final stop is the Phat House Brewery in Haruru Falls.
Founded in 2015, Caroline and Rob the owners are passionate about every stage of the brewing process. Their beers are made from natural ingredients, carefully crafted, unfiltered, unpasteurized, and preservative free.
The brewery offers a wide range of beers and ciders from which customers can sample up to four different products of their choice.
From here we take customers back to their accommodation in either Kerikeri or Paihia.
