Enjoy transportation from your accommodation in Oudtshoorn towards the majestic Swartberg Mountains. You'll start your 900m ascent from the southern foothills via the Swartberg Pass, a South African National Monument.
Get a close look at the landscape's flora and fauna, and explore the spectacular sandstone formations dating back more than 300 million years. You may even spot a soaring Verreaux Eagle or Jackal Buzzard, and glimpse an agile Klipspringer (small antelope) on the rugged sandstone formations.
