What you can expect
Experience an exciting morning tour to Nairobi National Park, starting with a prompt pick-up at 6:00 a.m. from your hotel. Depart by 6:15 a.m. for a thrilling game drive through Nairobi National Park, where you'll have the chance to see a variety of wildlife including lions, giraffes, rhinos, zebras, and diverse bird species, all against the backdrop of the city skyline. The game drive will last until around 10:30 a.m.
Next, visit the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust Elephant Orphanage, where you can witness the daily activities of rescued baby elephants. Here, you will observe these adorable orphans being fed and playing in their mud baths while learning about conservation efforts to protect them and support their eventual return to the wild.
After the elephant visit you will have a an optional lunch break before proceeding to the Giraffe Centre.A conservation and education center dedicated to the endangered Rothschild’s giraffe. At the centre, you will have the unique opportunity to get up close and learn about their habitat and conservation status.
Thereafter you will visit the Karen Blixen Museum. At the Karen Blixen Museum in Nairobi's Karen suburb, expect a captivating tour of the preserved colonial farmhouse where Danish author Karen Blixen (pen name Isak Dinesen) lived from 1917 to 1931 while running her coffee farm.
House and Exhibits ,Wander through elegantly restored rooms featuring original furnishings like her typewriter, books, and hunting gear, evoking scenes from her memoir Out of Africa. The guided tour highlight her daily life against the backdrop of the Ngong Hills.
The tour concludes with a comfortable transfer back to your hotel, wrapping up a memorable day of wildlife encounters and conservation awareness.
